These Terms of Service govern your use of the BARE HALO™ online store and any purchase made through it. By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked from the store.

Store use

You may use the store only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with store security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the store in a way that disrupts service, or use the store to violate another person’s rights.

Product information

We aim to present product descriptions, measurements, finishes and photographs accurately. Colors and scale can vary by screen and styling. Fine chains and crystal components require careful handling. Product availability and details may change without notice.

Orders

An order submission is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, information appears incorrect, payment cannot be verified, fraud is suspected or fulfilment is not reasonably possible. If a cancelled order has been charged, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the store. Shipping charges, taxes, duties and any other applicable costs are displayed at checkout when available. Payment is processed through Shopify and the payment methods offered at checkout.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

Store content—including the BARE HALO name, visual identity, copy, graphics and layout—is owned by or licensed to BARE HALO and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Third-party services

The store may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment providers, carriers and other third parties. Their services are subject to their own terms and policies.

Disclaimer and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the store and its content are provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. BARE HALO is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the store or products where such limitation is permitted. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the store applies from its stated update date.
