Shipping & Delivery

BARE HALO offers complimentary standard shipping on eligible orders of $28 USD or more where standard shipping is available. Available services, charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on the delivery destination and order value.

Order processing

Orders are prepared after payment and order details are confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation and, when tracking is available, a shipping confirmation. Processing and delivery estimates may be affected by weekends, holidays, address verification, high-volume periods or carrier disruption.

Delivery estimates

Any date shown at checkout or provided by a carrier is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Delivery time begins after the order has been dispatched.

Address changes

Review the delivery address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately through the Contact page. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after an order enters fulfilment.

Tracking and delivery issues

Use the carrier tracking link when one is provided. If tracking is delayed, shows delivery without receipt, or the parcel arrives damaged, contact us with the order number so we can review the available information.

International orders

Where international delivery is available, the recipient may be responsible for import duties, taxes or carrier handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
