BARE HALO — 90-Day Free Returns & Exchanges

We offer free returns and exchanges within 90 days of receiving your BARE HALO order. The 90-day period starts on the day your order is delivered.

What’s covered

If your purchase isn’t right for you, you can request a return or exchange within this period. BARE HALO covers return shipping and standard delivery of an exchange. We do not charge a restocking fee.

How to request a return or exchange

Please contact us before sending anything back. Our team will arrange the return shipping and provide the appropriate return address and instructions for your country. There is no single return address for every country; use the address supplied for your return.

Refunds and exchanges

Refunds are issued to your original payment method after your return is received and processed. Your payment provider may need additional time to show the refund. Exchanges are subject to replacement availability; if the requested replacement is unavailable, you can choose a refund instead.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
